This opportunity urged me to apply for the subject position because of my theoretical and practical experience in the E2E supply chain. In Mondelez International currently I am leading Warehousing & transportation planning of Raw and Packing Material which includes 3PL warehousing and transportation activities. Here I am responsible for managing, planning, controlling and leading inbound and outbound material administration to provide quality material for production in a cost-effective manner. The additional responsibilities is to do vendor management with respect to 3PW and 3PL and also procurement of indirect material and service that is required to meet warehousing operations. in parallel implementing warehousing and transportation Quality protocol to achieve KPIs which includes Health and safety, Kanban, Kaizen, Lean inventory, DIOH, inventory turnovers, material ageing, Occupancy utilization, FTL, PIV maintenance etc Cross departmental learning includes material resource planning in which localization of material, exploring new vendors, supplier development, delivery scheduling for personal development and future growth.

Responsibilities: To plan and execute end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes with sensitivity and expertise to deliver a quality product to our customers by agreed deadlines. Timely sharing right information to our stake holders with having sharp finding sheets that will lead to do making agility decisions. Productive collaboration with planning team and Sales Revenue planner to achieve case fill rate. Planning Products movement to Warehouse to Warehouse for utilizing storage capacity and reduce customer lead time and achieve OTIF. Daily monitor primary and secondary sales to keep an eye on On-Shelf-Availability. Managing order to avoid antidumping as well as Out of stock situation at retail end. Achievement: develop and improve replenishment model to utilize FTL. initiate cross functional project to improve Warehousing productivity that will lead to achieve DIOH KPIs. Develop different MS EXCEL based Reports that includes: Risk evaluation report, Replenishment automation, Stocks Reports, automated prebuild trackers, Transit monitor report.
