Reports to Operation Manager for day to day Operation. As a Food and Beverage Manager responsible for guest satisfaction and guest complain to make sure all guest are left happily. Responsible handling team conflicts. Updating the whole day report in the system and send an email to operation manager. Taking care of Oracle and staff duty roaster to update on daily basis and submit the timesheet on time. Sharing new ideas and Promotions to achieve daily revenue Maintaining cost in the outlet. Managing inventory. Overseeing stock levels. Responsible for action plan and submit to Operation Manager. Maintain the company standard and achieve goals which is set by the higher management. Develop and maintain all training programs on a continual basis to insure a high degree of Professionalism within the colleagues. Reading regular sales update to obtain information for upcoming contracted functions. Leading front of house and back of the house teams.
