• Managed and handle all services (tickets, hotels and transportations) 2nd & 3rd UAE Annual Government Meeting 2018 & 2019 Abu Dhabi. • Handle all government entities in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. • Making sales plan for all visits to make our relationship more strong. • Working as operation manager and key account manager for all entities. • Follow up for all government entities payment and invoices. • Responsible for all government operations and branch activities (tickets, holidays, packages, insurance, visa etc...) • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule and discipline employees • Contribute operations information and recommendations.
