•Greet customers, take thier orders and use excellent time management and organizational skill to serve. • Educate customers about food and beverage and other products and serve as a resource for for people wanting to develop or improve food and beverage tasting knowledge. • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all areas of the restaurant. • Address and resolve the customer issue in polite and effective manner, enlist the manager or shift supervisor as necessary. • Stock and refill inventory such as napkins, utensils and glasswares, supervise inventory level and communicate when necessary to ensure inventory is not low. • Brainstorm and design theme decor in the lounge as relevant for specific holidays or sales (eg: Halloween, winter or summer)
