Content
Receiving shipments. Physica count and update location and enter in the system (Oracle). Coordinate with sales team those provides pick-slips for deliveries according to customer ordet schedule. Prepairing deliveries invoicing and dispatch deliveries.
Stock transfers to branches. Updating stock status, aging and inventories with accounts/audit team.
Meetings with management for team evaluations.
Weekly submitting delivered invoices to accounts dept for collection of payments. Many other routine works.
