I am from Kolkata, India, graduated from International Institute of Hotel Management, I am currently working in Dubai in Rebel food restaurant I use to work in the Ovenstory pizza section after that I have been promoted as a coach and given the responsibility to training team members, stock management, taking customer feedback, making petty cash report, Routing, Shift handling, checking food plating and temperature, establishing portion sizes, maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area, inventory management and indenting food supplies and kitchen equipment needed.
