Preparation of Material Inspection Report • Preparation of Work Inspection Report • All Project contract agreement document handling • Handling document control system independently • Scanning and hyper linking all incoming documents/drawing and stored in respective logs • Review comments and approvals received from the client and distributing to concern departments • Familiar and very good knowledge about scope of project documentation which includes receiving and updating of logs, distributing and follow up as well as arrangements • Maintain an efficient filling system for east reference of catalogues, technical data and other office routine files • Ensure all inspection reports are accurate • Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken • Review all inspection reports for compliance
