Content
Hands on experience in working all day dining restaurants
Escort customers to their tables and explain the menu items
Take food and beverage orders and enter each item ordered into restaurant register system
Serve dishes to patrons at tables as required and take action to correct any problems
To find out if customers need additional items
Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff and assist them in the preparation
Responsible to clean tables after customers have finished dining
Prepare bills with itemized costs & appropriate taxes and collect payments from customers
Responsible to ensure all equipment in working areas are in proper working condition
To perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
To keep floors dry and clean to avoid slip/fall accidents
