During my working tenure at present company I have gone through Management Training for 90 days where I have refresh and gain knowledge about Food Safety, Fire Safety, AM & PM Line Check, Receiving Goods Procedure, Maintaining Food Temperature, Food Storing Hierarchy, Control Food Cost, Staff Management, Operation Oriented, Internal Finance Audit etc.
