Started my career in 1995, before joint into Real Hospitality Group, I served in Hilton, Accor and Central Guard Bureau, HNA Hospitality Group & WANDA Hospitality Group, has 27 years work experience in hotel F&B, Rooms operation and HR management, besides, I also owns rich candidate relationship and resources. During my work in HNA Hospitality Group, I engaged in global talent development planning, supporting in group globalization management and backup talents recruitment, successfully established global talent training bases, and have university collaboration resources in Europe, America and Asia area, what’s more, I also take charge of global hotel pre-opening projects, talent management and distribution, also the HR risk control of HNA internal companies. Currently, during working in Wanda Hotel Management company , help building up the employer brand management system, activate the cloud recruitment system, open up new recruitment channels, expand the school-business partnership, and assist the company in the executive recruitment process.
