Handle phone inquiries with a friendly voice tone, advance hotel services and facilities, make recommendations and lead conversations to bookings. Promote team work and outstanding service through daily communication and coordinate with other departments. Utilize Opera System to process reservations by mails, telephone and from sales office.

Answer all calls within three rings with a clear and polite manner. Greet guests as per hotel standard with a warm welcome. Register guests and process check in / check out, accommodate general and unique requests by coordinating with other several departments.
