• Preparing quotations, sales orders, delivery note, and sales invoice for credit clients • Handles inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplier. • Answering inquiries in both emails and phone calls; Assisting both cash and credit customers • Helping clients in resolving and recommending better options on their required materials • Responsible for checking and receiving materials for other branches .
