I've been in the Business Outsourcing Industry inline with Customer Service for 8 years and currently, dealing with high-risk payments/transactions with my job now. During that time, I've undergone a lot of training courses, earned a number of certificates and gained knowledge and skills. Also, dealing with customers' requests and looking for the best resolution to their needs helped a lot in my strategic thinking and planning. My current and previous job also molded me to become who I am now. I'm confident that I can do things I didn't know I am capable of doing. I always motivate myself to do things that scare me most and adapt to the new environment.
