Hi' this is Usman Ahmad Khan from Pakistan currently I'm working for Movenpick Grand Al-Bustan Dubai as a head waiter from January 2023, I have done my graduation in arts and a diploma of hotel management and joined hospitality industry from Pakistan in 2016, I had 4 and half years experience of Restaurant and more than 2 years experience in front office in a five star hotel in Pakistan, in F&B I have experience of fine dine services from welcoming the guest till see off, and in front office I have knowledge of check-in check-out cashiering room reservation group check-ins room blocking passport scanning in opera, handle guest queries, problem solving, work smooth operation under pressure with excellent time management skills usage of outlook with excellent communication skills.

Graduate with diploma in aviation, hospitality & tourism looking for entry level position in a reputed organization where I can enhance my skills, knowledge and experience.
