Interacting with customers over phone & by email for:
Approval of repair estimates.
Conveying any repair related information.
Handling the basic level queries of the customers, providing solutions.
Interacting with retail outlets for any service related queries.
Coordinating with the respective internal team members for finding solutions of issues.
Escalating of relevant issues to Managers.
Maintaining of the Monthly cost to the brand report.
Evaluating the products and issuing the replacement of the faulty products and keeping their records.
