Interacting with customers over phone & by email for:  Approval of repair estimates.  Conveying any repair related information.  Handling the basic level queries of the customers, providing solutions.  Interacting with retail outlets for any service related queries.  Coordinating with the respective internal team members for finding solutions of issues.  Escalating of relevant issues to Managers.  Maintaining of the Monthly cost to the brand report.  Evaluating the products and issuing the replacement of the faulty products and keeping their records.  Brands Handling: - Harry Winston, Breguet, JLC, Zenith, Bremont other Swiss brands.
