Greeting and welcoming guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization.  Answering the telephone; taking and relaying messages; providing information to callers.  Responsible for assisting and checking daily housekeeper and maintenance task.  Responsible to give a reliable information to all incoming personnel especially during briefing time.  In processing incoming personnel from Military, contractors, & civilians.  Provide daily information to the admin clerk, housing support lead, housing supervisor, and Manager  Notifying other workers of visitor arrival.  Maintaining security and telecommunications systems  Keeping office secure by following procedures, and monitoring logbooks.  Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area.  Contributing to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed  Preparing letters and documents.  Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar.  Scheduling in and out processing.  Managing digital and hard copy filing systems.  Help each person who approaches the front desk with a query.  Report any security related matters to the line manage
