dining restaurant. I have more than 6 years of experience in F&B Management and Operations Worked in different areas of Food & Beverage Service operations. Also I’m a good Barista.

• Handling a Restaurant, which associates with Organic Concept of Salad, Sandwich, coffee, Cold Press Juices, Smoothies.
• Training and induction of the staff
• Month end and Weekly Inventory of Food and Non food Items.
• Weekly Ordering of Non food and Cleaning Equipments.
• Send daily Closing Reports to the General Manager and Owners.
• Handle a Petty cash with Day to Day Expenses.
• Daily Staff Briefing and Duty Allocations.
• Clear the Monthly and Weekly Audits Which conducts by General Manager and the Owners.
• Keep and Track the Maintenance Record of the Restaurant.
• Achieve the Daily and Monthly Sale Target Given by the Management with the Help of Up selling.
