• Store Inventory Management as per required material by Department. • Material Inward-outward process for store handling 3000 to 3500 items • Purchasing Material, Return material, Material Dispatch, handling Logistics, • Handling Transportation for PAN India. • Material consumption of all departments and making reports for the same. • Making daily stock report as per usage material and consumption • Keep Material Alerting as per Average usage of stock • Monthly Physical Verification of stock at warehouse and make reports. • Material Return process which is received from any department or vendor • Items repairing process with vendor for which is got not working. • Making RGP,NRGP,GRN,MRS,MRN,DC, daily basic as per got mail requirements. • Handling activities FIFO 5s and • Making declaration for material for transfer material other state. • Making 403-402 E-Sugam for Dispatch material for other state. Making Invoice packing list for Import/Export of all country • Purchasing material for all country as per required. • Making PO and give it to vendor and get timely delivery the same. • Doing Shipment (Air/Sea) from all country,(US,UK,AUS,DUBAI) • Knowledge of Customs Duty/VAT. • Handling physical and systematical stock of all country’s warehouse, • Physically verification in store With system also compare with tally • Material consumption with Sales Report and give order as per required • Doing forecasting for future material requirement and as per that will make Budget and PO to vendor for material. • Handling Shipping Agents of all country, and doing payment to them. • Raise PO as per require stock purchasing with forecasting. • Making Daily stock report in Excel & System both with perfection. • Making MIS Report of purchase and sales daily basis. • Financial Report like P & L and Price master handling and updating. • Handle stock in tally with reconciliation of system and returns items from customer and vendor. • Making budget for Purchase as per country required items for sale. • Handle all 5000 to 7000(SKU) items stock with system and physical. • Follow up vendor for deliver on time as per urgency of any stock. • Follow up agent for shipment delivery and also handling the logistics parts on port to warehouse. • Handling logistics part of all country (US, UK, AUS, DUBAI) • Making reports of return and refunds items and doing same for recycling if its damaged or not working. • Making return purchase reports which had been got damaged product from vendor. • Reporting direct to Director for all above task and taking suggestion from them and doing same as they said.
