Content
• Supervision the procurement process (end to end).
• Arranging purchase orders as per approved quotation.
• Meet the negotiate the new suppliers.
• Keep contacting the current suppliers for pricing purposes.
• Keep tracking and contacting the current suppliers to interacting with
suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors.
• Inspection of the suppliers warehousing and the storage conditions.
• Representing the company in the Commercial and Trading Exhibitions to
stay updated with the new products around the world.
• Inventory Control.
• Supplier and Project Management.
• Review quotations, negotiate prices and provide a cost-benefit analysis to
drive cost savings.
• Negotiate existing and new contracts to deliver value and reduce costs.
• Maintain an accurate database of suppliers and conduct regular
performance reviews with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
• Assist with production planning, inventory control and inventory
management.
• Cutting Cost and building the relationship with the main suppliers.
Efficient, timely and transparent communication to internal & external
stakeholders.
• Ensure 100% compliance to RSP & SQA.
• Ensure the satisfaction of internal customers with the services provided.
