The reason why I chose to apply for this position specifically is because I have the necessary skills set needed to work independently although I do realise the importance of teamwork. Marketing is my passion. Am a workaholic by choice, because I love the work I do and I don’t give up easily. I would provide a stakeholder map and engagement process within 10 days of starting this role. This would include internal and external stakeholders. In addition to any objectives I would welcome a target in relation to bringing higher income from present sources. I would work on an income strategy that would bring more sponsors and donors.
The reason why I do consider myself appropriate for the person specific requirement of this position is because I have more than 4 years’ Versatile International Marketing Experience working in Dubai at a 5-star property with 765 Rooms, 4 Restaurants and a Spa and Wellness Center. Single handedly looking after the department, website, loyalty program, social media, bloggers, events, shows, PR, SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid ads campaigns, training the interns, budget, photos, videos, plans and reports. At same time doing the show around, talking to guest, interacting and collaborating with potential guest. Pro-actively generating leads for Rooms, Restaurants Spa and Wellness and converting the lead into revenue that increased the monthly revenue from AED 8000 to AED 23,500. Systematically planned and executed the annual marketing plan with a budget of AED 397,880.
Secondly am a creative and goal-oriented person. Proving myself by Topping Goa University in my Post Graduations among 10000 + students and receiving my gold medal in the presence of the President of India. I did my graduation in Economics and Psychology and was awarded the Student Of The Year among all the 64 Dacian colleges in Goa. As I never remained absent even for a single day in the 3 years and I excelled in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities. In my post-graduation. Apart from achieving more than 80 awards at the college, state, and national level, I have also invented an Eco-friendly product named "Bicycle Recycler". I have also completed my Diploma in acting and have done many ads, modeling shoots, and short films. I have in-depth experience in photography, videography, graphic design, digital marketing, customer retention, social media, and PR. That’s exactly the reason why I designed my CV in a unique and concise form that’s way different from traditional formats.
I am someone who can multitask and work under pressure and I love that because that gets the best out of me. I believe in perfection, for me every small detail matters. As am a Psychology Graduate, I love working with new people sharing new ideas and learning something new every day. I really want to give my best because this is something I am good at and I believe if I can I will. Am just looking for an opportunity to prove myself.
