I have had extensive career experience working as a Executive Chef for the last (6) years, having worked at (Nî Café Italian japanese - the bridge - Sheakspear & CO - PF chang’s) which has allowed me to expand and enhance my knowledge of what it means to be an excellent Executive chef . My past experience has allowed me to gain fresh insight and a thorough understanding of what are the crucial elements required in order to have a successful team working closely with you and managing efficient food preparation and service. I believe that I have gained a tremendous amount of hands on experience, working closely with the rest of the very dedicated teams of chefs, patisserie chefs, waiters and apprentices. Oversees all operational aspects of stores. Oversees food preparation, staff supervision, quality control, and supplies Inventory. Assigns stations and work shifts of sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen crew for maximum productivity. Develops food preparation techniques and supplies ordering that minimize wastage. Safeguards excellent food quality and presentation to ensure that restaurant standard are kept and maintained. Plans and takes corrective action to resolve issues in a timely manner. Ensure all POS updates are being made including: new products added, prices updated and line with menus, etc. Maintains staff performance and conducts yearly evaluation Works on chefs' and managers’ development through PDP (People Development plan). Carries out and attends staff meetings at periodic intervals and ensures the motivation of the team. Ensures efficient food cost by maintaining the orders receipt, storing, and recipe execution. Ensures timely delivery and availability of stock products Ensures Restaurant equipment is maintained and in proper working order Conducts internal audits (food safety, operational audit, ...) Oversees back-of-house labor percentages and budgets, cost of goods sold, and other expenses Conduct spot check on inventories count inputting
