Worked in a all day dining restaurant in Elements kitchen I was in charge of the breakfast operation and i produced outstanding results Moved to the hot kitchen were I worked at the grill station , I worked closely with my Chef De Partie and Jnr Sous Chef to deliver high quality ,great tasting food; proper food sample ,sanitation procedures and profitability. Responsible for preparing all the food that is prepared on the grill This is primarily focused on meat ,chicken and seafood and include grill vegetables as well Responsible for cooking food to the correct temperature as per guest request Contributing to building top line sales and guest count through the delivery of competitively superior team member and guest experience Ensuring menu items are executed with excellence in the restaurant and managing quality in all aspects of the job Helping with preparation of other foods and fill in other places when needed before service, during or after dining services
