• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks. Manage online and phone reservations, inform guest / customers
about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a nightly basis Audit, balance, post
and report on food and beverage charges to ensure accuracy and proper cash handling procedures are
followed.
• Audit, balance, post and report on the room charges including phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections,
adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures to ensure accuracy and proper cash handling
procedures are followed.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities. Register guests collecting
necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms. Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and
professional manner
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate
guests’ needs
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like
wedding guests
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate. Maintain updated records of bookings and
payments
• Ability and willingness to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays, with no guaranteed set schedule
and likely spilt days off, possibly working fewer than and/or more than the expected hours per week as
business volume dictates.
• Security conscious with respect to guest/ staff/ hotel property/ welfare and to report suspicious
