1、运送抵离店客人的行李或有关物品，为客人办理寄存、提取行李，引领客人到房间并介绍酒店、房间设施和使用方法；
2、按照服务流程迎送客人，提供拉门服务； 3、维护出入车辆秩序，指引客人有序上下车，保证上下客车位和车道畅通； 4、准确回答客人咨询，关注客人需求，主动做好服务工作。 |
