About the program
As a Front Office Management Trainee at Regent Beijing, you will gain first-hand experience delivering world-class service at one of the city's most iconic luxury hotels. It is your chance to build a strong foundation in hotel operations while preparing for a future leadership role within the global IHG family. You will rotate through key Front Office areas, including Reception, Concierge and Guest Relations, with professional mentorship and a hand in signature guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
Front Office Management Trainee
- Stay informed of daily operations, VIP arrivals and reservation status, and prepare proactively for incoming guests.
- Deliver warm, thoughtful and prompt service in line with the Regent philosophy of Acts of Thoughtful Kindness.
- Make sure every guest need, enquiry and special request is handled with care and efficiency.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs and guest questions quickly and accurately.
- Maintain outstanding guest relationships and personalised interactions.
- Rotate through key Front Office areas such as the Concierge and Executive Lounge.
- Keep a polished professional image and show discretion and service excellence.
- Adapt to shift work, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Food & Beverage Management Trainee
- Know the day's condition and reservation status, and prepare promptly.
- Make sure guest needs and enquiries are properly handled and accommodated.
- Deliver prompt, courteous and accurate service to maximise guest satisfaction.
- Answer guest questions quickly and accurately.
- Keep excellent guest relations.
- Adapt comfortably to shift work.
Requirements
- Fluent English; additional languages, especially French or Mandarin, are a plus.
- At least 3 months of experience in hospitality, front office or customer service.
- Positive, adaptable attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Eager to develop professionally within a world-class hotel environment.
