About the program
As a Front Office Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across all key areas of Front Office operations. You will work directly with international guests, develop your management skills, and experience Conrad's legendary commitment to service excellence. Key responsibilities
Front Office Management Trainee
- Deliver highly personalised, attentive service to every guest, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issue promptly.
- Handle guest complaints professionally, making sure every guest leaves fully satisfied.
- Support the delivery of the Conrad Promise to guests.
- Learn the fundamentals of the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) to manage reservations, guest profiles and room assignments.
- Gain hands-on experience across the Front Office, including the Executive Lounge and Concierge.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and uphold Conrad's luxury brand values at all times.
- Build positive guest and colleague relationships, supporting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Fluent English, with outstanding communication skills for international guests.
- At least 3 months of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Professional and service-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
- Open-minded and adaptable, ready for a six-month cultural and professional experience in Beijing.
- Motivated to grow into a future management role in luxury hospitality.
