When will I receive my placement confirmation?

Placement is confirmed after you successfully complete all hotel interviews, typically with HR managers, department heads and sometimes the General Manager. Once you pass, the hotel provides a formal contract. After you sign and return it, LinkedTour sends your official confirmation and requests your start-date acceptance.

Book your flight only after your visa is approved. After signing your hotel contract, LinkedTour assists with the visa application. As a rule, book once the visa is confirmed, though earlier booking is sometimes possible. Always share your arrival date and flight details with LinkedTour before booking.
